I have an issue where if I'm on a call, receive a call-waiting call, switch over to the new call to talk, the person cannot hear me. I can hear them, but they are unable to hear me at all. So I can switch between original and new call without issue, but they cannot hear me. If i switch back to the original caller, then all is well.
Anyone seen this? |

I used to have that problem back in some of the older firmware releases, but for the very few times I've used it, three way calling and call-waiting calls work for me. What firmware version is your WRTP54G running (should be on the upper-right corner of every screen)?
Also, as I understand it, three way calling and probably call waiting need double the Internet bandwidth as a single call - in other words your Vonage adapter is maintaining both calls at the same time. Perhaps you are just running out of upload bandwidth? |
