the reason I think it's more than $9.99 to change a phone number is because when you go in to change the number, there is an asterick by the $9.99. Then if you go to the bottom of the page, it says, "*Taxes and Activation Charge are not included."
So what is the activation charge? Isn't is $29.99? So the total to change is $9.99 plus tax, plus activation fee?
