BT is important, even if running in slow mo.
Luckily Bitcomet does a pretty good job at trottling bandwidth, i dropped the upspeed to 10k which gave no problems on the call end. NOT capping the upspeed will keep calls from staying clean.
This is the same situation with web surfing, or BT on a network. We were able to have 3 members of the fam pulling BT as long as there was a legit cap on the upstream, 10K was safe on a 768 connection.
unfortunately, this ***** for others who are downloading and also for our own proportional dnld speed, though in some cases (tunneling for example, much experience with this at a firewalled university) capping the upspeed is the only way to get any decent downspeeds.
The other dude even said it "aftermarket firmware which adjusts upstream"
so use a client that can keep the BT monster on a leash |
