After the nightmare that I had transferring my business line to Vonage, I had pretty low expectations transferring my main number over. I activated my second Vonage device on 12/27. Due to the holiday week, my LOA didn't actually get sent to the carrier until 01/01. Yesterday (01/16) I received an email stating that the transfer was accepted, and was scheduled for today (01/17). At 8:30 am today, I tried calling my number, and sure enough, it had already transferred to Vonage!
11 Business days is surely not a record, but it definitely feels like it after waiting 4 months for the last!
Same thing for me as well, started the process on 1/4 and had my number transferred and working on 1/16. After an initial bumpiness after signing up at the end of the year, things have been going good so far.
