The Vonage tech operator told me that the message about busy lines can mean anything, that is, not only busy lines but bad lines, sick lines, non-existent lines, imaginary lines, or no lines at all! Nice job, Vonage. |

I work on the phone for a living calling many different numbers in many different places, all local but spread out to several different counties...and Im hearing this message in at least 1 of 5 calls. It started days ago but has definitely got worse. I used to just hear it a few times a night, but each day I hear it more and more. Has anyone gotten an actual response from Vonage as to whats really going on? |
