Well besides choppy calls, lost calls in and out. and now my internet is slow and sometimes can't find page. When I take the router out of the link my internet runs perfect. I just installed this new Linksys WRTP54G and it didn't help with the choppy calls or lost calls. Surewest Says all is ok as far as they can see. Has anyone else had these problems? And is there any light at the end of the tunnel... I'm not Techie so someone please help me.

I run my dsl to router then to phone and one fax and data cable to computer

LOL, calm down there Lucifer.

The purpose of a descriptive title is to help you, get help.
Also to assist others that come along after you when they are using the site search function.

I find it hard to believe anyone Googleing Too many problem to list

I know I'm not the only one here with problems and I'm sorry for being a little testy. One person wants a list of one set of criteria and then someone wants to know another. Well All i know is I ordered the service I set it up I've lost hundred of thousands of dollars in business because clients can't hear us or we can't hear them.. It is just very unsettling.

While I type this msg. I've been cut off 3 times from Vonage tech support. on my fourth try now and been on hold for 30 mins. Yea I'm not having a good experience with Vonage today.

Thanks for keeping me in Check.. I'm sorry everyone.

Look, if you have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in business, then shame on you.

You should have service from Vonage, your local phone company and a third provider if telecom is such a key factor to your business.

Internet connectivity is a key factor to my business. I have servers in 3 major USA citys plus 2 in Europe.

It's called redundancy and it's part of business 101.

Why don't you try answering Reebok's question a little more clearly. "RJ11 jack to dsl modem to router then to computer and lines to my fax and phone.." wasn't completely enlightening. For one thing, ethernet cables aren't RJ11. How exactly do you have things cabled up, and what is the setup on your router?

The good news is that your Voip test call looks good. How about your telephones? Since you're using a 2.4 GHz wireless router, a 2.4 GHz cordless phone could cause a bunch of trouble. Are you a new customer, or have you been having either good service or problems before this?

With regard to you slow internet service, is it just slow finding the page or is it slow loading after you've found it? If it's the former, you might want to search this forum for comments about the qualities of the WRT with respect to DNS.

I don't see the point to your post? yea shame on me for trying to save long distance phone bills worldwide. Two years ago when I signed up with this Wonderful service and I do like Vonage. It's great when it works. Right now for me it's not working and no one seems to know why not. Any suggestions?

Suggestion - try calling the Vonage Tech Support folks from a cell phone. That way, hopefully, you can get a hold of someone long enough to explain your problem.
