I already told them I don't want to pay for anything. That's the rub - they somehow think after my miserable experience that I should pay for the joy of having been without service for a week and spending most of a weekend dealing with the issue to no avail.
By the way, I have no problem with cheerleading for
Vonage
as long as it isn't blind to the issues, which to this point has been largely the case. You can have a great experience and I can have a terrible one, and they both can be reality. I won't discount your wonderful experience, but right now I'm sitting on two routers I have to pay to ship back and a month's worth of service I won't use, and the mess
Vonage
is likely to put me through to get that corrected. That's what I hope to get help with - finding a reasonable person at
Vonage
who can see I've had enough fun already and it's time for them to take some responsibility and get me out of this financially.
