Taylor, I followed up on your suggestion to put the DNS addresses directly in the R2's static DNS configuration, but it didn't seem to make much difference to call quality (still getting dropped calls). I noticed that the R2 already had the right DNS configured, and any clients that connect to it already get the right DNS addresses when they get an IP address over DHCP, so I'm not sure it's making much difference...
