Post subject: Muffled voice on vonage line
When I call my
Vonage
line from work, who ever i talk to sounds muffled. I have asked several times if they are holding the mouthpiece away from the mouth or the phone is in the crook of their neck. they say no. Is this a Qos issue? or is it a firmware problem.

doesn't sound like it's either. need a lot more detail though, especially if it only happens on that line or for everyone. is there a difference if they call you?

I'll be honest. The only time I have seen an issue like this was when I used an ancient corded phone.
When other people call your
Vonage
line, do they experience the muffled voice too?
