Thanks guys....since the initial set back everything as been pretty good. I used it most of yesterday with no problems what so ever.
Now I just have to wait for my phone number to transfer.
Thanks again guys! |

Remeber:
The overseas support are told to say I understand. Basic customer service. Makes the customer feel happy.\ usually.
Overseas agents cannot do warm transfers to tell us the information, as they get the bulk of the calls. We only do Soft transfers internally here in America.
If you ever have problems come here first, if you call and get overseas just asked to be transferred to Tier 2.
The static issue on the device is an issue with the firmware. The temp fix is to pick up the phone on the second ring. There is already a firmware fix in the works, there is no ETR on when it will be finished.
Downgrading firmware should never be done and is dangerous. |

yeah I was suprised at the downgrade of the firmware myself. But I didn't do it, the guy pushed it automaticly.
Funny thing is originally he said he was going to send me the link to the 55 firmware, but I didn't get the email till next day. Talk about a slow mail server. Glad he was able to push it automaticly. |

He probably didn't bother to send it as you got it remotely. |
