I logged into the Vonage site and deleted the message and then deleted it from the trash can. The light on my phone kept blinking.

The next day, I powered down the adapter (RTP300) and after 5 minutes back up. It was still blinking!

I called using a cell phone and left a message. Then, logged into Vonage again and listened to it, deleted it and deleted it from the trash can.

The light still blinking!

What is going on?

My light just stopped blinking today after about a month. I tried all suggestions on the board but nothing seemed to work. It just went away today after deleting a voicemail. Maybe you got my blinking light Surprised

There's always black electical tape Very Happy

I notice Dan has squeezed a couple more ads onto the site. It's getting to look just a little busy - and not so good.

Firefox + Adblock == No annoying ads. The inline ads between the posts was a little over the top, IMHO, but whatever you have to do to pay the bills.

Only one or two, depending which page you might be on. Which, BTW, are the ONLY ads this site has displayed in 11 months minus the one Vonage (VERY small) banner in the upper right hand corner (and on the index page).

For the most part, this site has been ad free (Your welcome). Smile

Would you like to pay for my servers/bandwidth bills? My wife commented the other day that they are bigger than my mortgage...

and thats not including my time spent on this site...

Plus the kids need braces...

Smile

No Problem. I've had lunch with him, he is a very interesting guy.

This time after I got a message, I just deleted the message but did not delete it from the trash can. The blinking has stopped!
From now on, I will only do that and leave them in the trash can! Hopefully the continuous blinking will never come back.

In Regards to the stuter tone that you used to get when picking up your phone , if u ever get it again try pressing * after you hear your VM and this may help with the stuter tone and the blinking light ..
