I have had vonage for 3 + months. Have had very spotty service 3+ months. Everytime I call customer service, I wait AT LEAST 30 minutes on hold. Many times my call drops during disucssion.
Has anyone else had similar experiences with Vonage's customer service? |

yeah...yesterday I was on the phone for over an hour. They did resolve the problem...but when the guy was babbling on about things I can do to avoid it again...we got disconnected. I assumed if he still wanted to talk to me he would call back...he never did. |

We just moved and are having lots of issues.
Also the hold times are long beause we get many (many) calls during the day. Agents probably get about a 1.5 second rest in between call (and this is not exaggeration.) We think there is something wrong with our phone if we don't get a call for 10 seconds.
Even though you stayed on the line for an hour he still fixed your problem. Is this poor customer service?
I just like to know opinions.
I used to call tech support for things all the time, I just usually watched a sit com while on hold, and almost forget about the call lol. |
