I just joint with Vonage 12-26-05 in the US, I love it but the Voice Mail within e-mail didn't work properly and also from the Vonage.Com (log-in to my account). I have no problem getting my voice mail from my home phone and also from outside my home by calling special number. I called tech. support 2x, they're not helping at all. It's very hard to explain to them, they have India's accent. First called, the tech. said, they just upgrade their systems (12-27-05) and Voice Mail within e-mail didn't work. Second called, the tech. said the same thing again (01-04-06). It's been 1 week. Am I the only one that having this problem? Second tech. also confirm that my call get routed to outside the US. I told them, I want to talk with tech. in US. She said, sorry no choice. Until now, I can't listen my voice mail through e-mail and vonage.com (always said NO message in my inbox, even though there are messages)

I am having nearly the same problem. I can retrieve my messages from the phone, but the web inbox shows no messages. I was able to get it to email the the message and that worked perfectly and very quickly, but the inbox is still empty. I signed up 1/2/06.

I have the exact same problem. I am a new customer as of 12/23/05. I can receive voicemail from the phone but I have NEVER seen a voicemail on the web. If I go to the web and click on Voicemail I either get a listing with no messages or I get an error message saying a problem occured.

Yep I get that error too, but refresh alway seems to fix that one. No message ever shows up though. Glad to see it isn't just me and I'm not an idiot that missed some button like "allow internet voicemail messages." Lol

People are leaving voicemails, and they record properly. I can use the phone to retrieve them ok. I can login to Vonage.com and see/hear them there.

However, for at least the last 2 days, I am not getting email notification/delivery. My wife has missed two important voicemail messages as a result.

I'm checking with my hosting service to insure their mail server has been running ok... but I sent two test messages yesterday and they came through fine, and I'm getting other email through the same account.

I have a feeling Vonage isn't delivering voicemail messages, but can't say for sure. I guess I need to open a support ticket? I've never had to before, I guess I'll look around on how to do that.

Well I submitted a ticket.

I just tried to disable the email notification, and the web control panel wont let me - it gives me an error.

It's useless talking with the tech. support. They're not helping at all. I just receive a survey about it and I gave the tech. support very bad report. I tried to contact Vonage company directly. First one was yesterday and today too, they always transfer me to Christ but he's never return my 2 messages since yesterday. I still have the same problem Sad I'm really frustrated!
