I have a problem subscribing RTP300. Though I entered correct MAC address that I have, the Vonage website says it's not a valid MAC address. As a result, I can't get any incoming call.
What should I do with this hardware problems?

You don't have to register it online if it was sent to you by the Vonage... |

Then is there any other reaon that I can't get any incoming call?
It seems that the setting is ok. I see all the blue lights on the router. And I can call to others. |

Are you having your number transferred to Vonage? |

Yes, I had an email that shows "Online LOA Completed" three days ago. Should I wait more? |

Check your email.. There should be temporary virtual number listed somewhere.. Try dialing that.. It should ring right through. |

I just checked it out. It seems like I should wait more using the virtual no.
Thank you. I really appreciate your response. |

You should receive 2 more emails regarding the transfer of your phone number. The first email will tell you that the transfer is scheduled for a specific day. The second email will tell you that the transfer occurred. Until then your phone number is still active on your old land line. |
