I have had to return Vonage routers twice, and each time it is the same story: they claim that they are not going to charge my account as long as I return the faulty device. Both times I returned the device right away, and both times I was also charged 95.00 after 30 days, with Vonage claiming that they never got the return. Upon calling them and providing them with the tracking number they credited my account for the $95, each time. If it only happened once I would think it is just me- but it was twice - exactly the same way. I assume that this has happened to other people as well. I guess the moral of the story is always save your tracking receipts, and expect to make a phone call as soon as you track the package as being received so they don't charge your credit card. |

Hate to say it, but there are issues with Shipping registering devcies as returned. Depending on which Agent/Team Lead you get, you can still get credit without a tracking #. FYI I NEVER return ANYTHING wothout a tracking #. |

Why did you have to return the router twice?
Was it a RT31P2?
Did you get another model?
Very curious, as my router seems as if it wants to take a hike to a warmer climate. |

He prolly had 2 separate occasions. Also, you'll get the router you had, unless Vonage doesn't carry it anymore. |
