I assumed we meant "service" as in telephone service, not customer service. I'm very satisfied with how well the service works, and with the quality of service I've gotten when calling customer service, but I'm unhappy that you can get numbers in obscure places in Alberta and BC but not in Saskatchewan. I've shifted to Primus as my primary provider for that reason, despite a greater happiness with Vonage for the quality of the product. |

I have only had vonage for a week or so, but so far I am impressed with the quality of phone service, clearer than I though. I have had problems getting on to the online web account a few times, and I am still having problems not getting voicemail in my online inbox, tech support said there are ongoing issues. As for customer service, my experiences so far had been bad. I have emailed through their website several times, never a response. I have talked to both customer support and technical support. Customer support was very bad, I think I know more than they do. Technical support was quite good, the guy I spoke to was very knowledgeable. I have had problems getting through on the toll free support line once or twice as well, busy and hung up once. Anyway, thought I would share my experience so far. Still for the savings and phone service I still think its good. |
