not really. I've never seen there be a problem with a dead router being replaced, esp if you got it through them.

Well,

Called and they are willing to send a new one but it will take several days. I can't wait that long since I use it for business and just went out and bought one for $39.

I took new Vonage connection. Since the day the router RTP 300 has come it is not working. When I unplug everything and plug it back, phone will work for 1 min and then for rest of the day it wont...im thinking of discontinuining the service...

I have Road Runner for internet with Toshiba 2600 cable modem.

I heard so positive about Vonage but i am having hard time with the same.


Can somebody help me out?

That Toshiba 2600 is not a roadrunner Voip modem is it? Does it have any phone ports on it? I have heard that those do not work with Vonage. You may need to call RoadRunner tech support and see if you could swap your modem out for a Motorola SB5100 or something. Im currently using that modem and it works great.

Also you have it hooked up like the following?

CABLE OUTLET--->CABLEMODEM--->RTP300--->COMPUTERS

Or do you have some sorta special setup?
