Just signed up for Vonage this Monday. Been lurking around here for quite a while before I took the Voip plunge.

I have a problem getting VM's to list in the Dashboard. Problem is, they do not list in Dashboard. I get VM notification on telephone, and I did get emails with VM attachments, but no listing of VM in dashboard.

I have called Vonage twice with no success so far. The first time I called, I was told it would begin working. It didn't.

The second time I called, I lost the VM's coming to my email as an attachment. So now, I get no VM via dashboard, no email via email attachment. Was told I will get a call in 24 hours and ticket number. I am worse off now that I was before.

I have also tried disabling VM, disabling attachment, resetting them, etc. No dice.

Anyone have any ideas on what could be the problem. I really want this Voip thing to work, but so far the VM is a big issue for me. The wife is giving me strange looks since I have tried the Voip thing, and it is not really smooth with the VM's.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Unfortunatley, I am having the same problem (new customer also). There is nothing you can do, I called customer service, and they said everyone is having the same problem, and that they are working on it.

Surprised to hear this. The rep didn't tell me that. I assumed it was an isolated case.

I have two friends who are currently using Vonage (established customers) and they are not having these issues.

Must be limited to new subs who have recently set up service.

I hope they get this fixed soon. Wifey is not happy. Confused

Your voicemail still works, if you have a message, email notification works, and you will still have the stuttered dial tone. I am sure they will get it fixed, and it sounds like this is a problem that is specific to new subs. I saw a similar post on broadbandreports.com as well.

Same problem here. New customer (as of 12/23) and I can not get email attachments or voicemail to display on the web.
