i just got a new tivo and managed to get it set up using my Vonage line.. it took awhile but i managed -

i've read it's considerably easier with a wireless connection which - if someone can explain it to me simply - i will do -

currently my computer has a cable connection and my Vonage is connnected via a linksys rt31p2 & a motorola sb4200 modem

can someone explain this to me in an easy to understand way - possibly even w/links to what i'm supposed to buy?

Does your Tivo box have a broadband ethernet connection? If so, all you need is a wireless adapter. You can get a wireless gaming adapter, or anything that has the ethernet port. If you're running an 802.11b network, this would work:
