For the past few days no one has been able to reach me on my Vonage line. It either rings with no voicemail or it rings to a fast busy signal. I see many Vonage customers on this Forum have been having the same issues across the country. I would like to use this post to find out how widespread this problem is. To me this seems like a major problem with the Vonage Network.
I am in the Ft. Lauderdale area and have been having problems since last Thursday. Customer service seems to act like they do not know this is happening . Please post your location and duration of problem. I am curious to see your post.
Kind Regards, |

There are no issues. 10 to 1 it is your router .. even malfunctioning or not set up correctly. Vonage is routing calls just fine. |

Tech support told me the calls were never even getting to my router. My router is currently unplugged and I am having my calls forwarded to my softphone. 1 out of every 10 calls gets through. It's clearly a network issue, not a router issue. Any ideas? |

Plug your router in again and wait a few minutes for it to update your phone number settings. |

I've been running off of 3 different Comcast connections in SW FL (Ft Myers/Naples) for the past 2 weeks with 0 issues. Not sure who your ISP is and I'm not familiar with Comcast's network and routing, but I've put >400 minutes on Vonage since Monday morning. |

I am in Jupiter, FL and have had nothing but problems for the last few weeks. Either callers get a fast busy signal or when I answer they can't hear me or I can't hear them.
I am constantly cycling power on my vonage router.
oh, and I am using Adelphia cable for my ISP. |

Same Problem NW of Chicago!! Fast Busy, Can't hear and or conversation dropped. Almost like poor cell service. Started last Thursday and have been unplugging and resetting ever since. I find it hard to belive router is bad, as everything else seems just fine....Besides, that sounds like a cop out to me. How do I self test my router? Is it even possible????
ISP is a wireless independent in Chicagoland |

I've been having problems here too in D/FW. This afternoon I can call a friend who has Vonage with no problem, but I get a fast busy signal when trying to call non-Vonage numbers. Also, people are reporting that my phone goes immediately to voice mail when calling me. I've been having problems like this for a while. |

St Lucie FL here on Adelphia. I had one call go to voicemail earlier this afternoon but no other issues really. I think its more a function of high traffic on Adelphia's pathetic network than anything else but everything is working fine now. |

I just checked mine and it's going right to voicemail, too. I have a 647 (Toronto, ON) number. |
