It is as of right now the "lame" block as your put it. They do go straight to voicemail. First you want ACR, then don't like what they are going to offer. If it is so bad why not go to another provider that may satisfy your needs? |

Vonage may not be very receptive to their existing customers desires but, as far as I can tell, they are still the best Voip out there. So why would I leave them? As for their voice mail that is broke half the time, I have an answering machine. My Moto works great, so I don't have to deal with outsorced CS. As far as ACR goes, I can live without it, but it would be nice if Vonage had it in a form that would be useful. I'm just being a squeaky wheel. |

True. I mean, I really do love Vonage. It has saved me so much money. As a matter of fact, it has saved my family a lot of money since I have a virtual number and they don't have to pay LD to call me. It's just the ACR thing that gets to me. It seams like it would be so simple to do. I mean, if you can set up a call center in India how hard would it be to set up ACR like I have described? All they would have to do is play a message and that is it. They would not have to send it to voice mail or anything fancy at all. |
