I have been extremely happy with Vonage since I got it in August. The last week, however, there has been a glitch in my voicemail. When I pick up the phone I hear the beeping indicator that I have voicemail. But when I go to retrieve it, there are no messages, either on the phone or on the website. I send a message to customer support and am waiting for an answer. Has anyone had the same problem?
