Cant get Click 2 Talk loaded in my Outlook Express 6.0 tool bar. Isn't Outlook and Outlook Express the same?

Outlook is a ton better then outlook express. I would reccomend pirating a copy of MS Office which has outlook in it. Or if your using it for work order a copy of ms office
Dont want to get the company sued.
EDIT: The pirating of copywrited software is not only illegal, but immoral. With that said you can make your own decision
