The bug was found and it's going to be squashed the fix is in testing. Except a permanent fix very soon.

Does this mean a (shiver) new firmware update is imminent, or is this a server fix?

The point is, it's not even close to being as advertised.
Now, if you're satisfied with the service, fine. I signed up for the feature set that was sold to me - reliability and clarity being at the top of the list - and I'm not seeing it.
It amazes me how we settle for mediocrity. The same thing happened when cellular phones went digital. The quality of service was cut in half from analog service, at least, and has never come back. And we think that's okay?
The moral of the story is, digital isn't always better. At least, not yet.

No it's a server side issue, no firmware.

What are you replying to? What's a server side issue?

Just got in to the Dashboard. Interesting, though. None of my calls over the past 2 days are there.

Personally, I'm not settling for mediocrity. The call clarity is good (better than I expected, really), the feature set is fuller and less expensive than what I was getting from Qwest (I had basic, bare-bones Qwest service and I was paying about $10 more per month), and the ability to view inbound and outbound calls is something that I don't think Qwest even offered - same for being able to have your voicemails emailed to you. All in all, I'm getting an excellent value for my $14.99+change/month.
If you feel that the service isn't living up to your expectations and
Vonage
isn't being responsive to your requests, then use the power of the marketplace to make your feelings known. Go to another provider that you feel provides more value for the money you're paying.
