1. Many callers are getting inbound to FAST busy issues with some area codes. Vonage is aware this and working on it. There is no ETR so don't ask them they don't know. THis is a problem with a 3rd party carriers and we are working on it with them.
There is nothing Tier 2 can do until it's resolved. Don't take advantage and ask for credit or get irate. IT WILL NOT move the process any faster.
2. Voicemail is inaccessible with *123 or Voicemail access number
This should be a headline in your Vonage.com when you login to your web account for whatever area codes you are in. If it's happening to you wait 24 hours, and call for a status change. |

You have GOT to be kidding. .
Ya can't SEE the Service Status because all it says AFTER you try to log in is. .
Sorry, a system error has occurred. Please try again later.
You have got to be NUTS to think Vonage actually gives a damn and is going to do something about this. . .they don't give a damn about their own network and phones at their "new offices". . . what makes you think they're actually going to help a friggin customer?
Hey Vonage. . .keep ignoring your customers. .
We'll go away. . . .
(I am. . . .GONE!)
Adios!

Remember if you treat me with an atttitude I will not help you.
If you can't get on to your web account call Vonage to get this fixed, they will have to put a ticket in for it, make sure to ask the agent if it's an issue with web logins. |

I have FOUR ticket numbers. . .with NO return call, no resolution to the problem and no response from anyone that can do anything. (I've called at LEAST 7 times in 9 days. . . yes, I have logs that don't do any good either. . .except to the FCC and the SCC . .so. . .unless you have something to say that can ACTUALLY HELP. . .[and I'm quite sure you can't and will not be able to do that. . .not knockin you for wanting to try. . but you just can't]. .then please. . .state facts. . not fiction.
I did not treat YOU with attitude. . nor did I ask for your help. You read my post. .if you took it as "attitude". .then take it somewhere else. . .
I will not "let the door hit me. . . .". .believe me. . it will be busy smacking everyone who can't call to report they've been hit by a door.
Adios!

If you have 4 tickets call in and check there status most of the time they are working on it, but some things are not an easy fix. |

Everything is fine here in the burbs of Chicago. No problems in the past few days that I'm aware of. Phone has worked, email has worked, CID has worked, website has worked, hell....everything just works.
As for soundsys4u - If you're that displeased, then go. Use Packet8, Lingo, Skype, whoever. Who cares. When they end up having network issues as well are you going to pull your business and move to the next in line? You might be better served going back to POTS until Voip is more a stable product to your liking. A little FYI - a client of ours moved to Packet8 and they are having some of the same issues with downed service, CID issues, etc. Better cross them off your list now. |

The fast busy is happening to me, I don't seen anything about it in my vonage.com account though. Any updates you could provide would be appreciated thanks. |

I have the same issue in PA. The message light won't go off (fast dial done). |
