Vonage
2005:
I noticed my call quality has been getting bad since the beginning of December. What does
Vonage
say? “We don’t know of any problems with our system”. My box is connected to my cable modem and bandwidth is NOT an issue. I figured it might be time to get a new box since I have had it for some time. Then one of my friends calls and asks if I’m having problems with
Vonage
. He called support and tried their little tricks but there was no improvement. I called another one of my friends and asked her if she was having problems. Guess what she said?
Ford 1993:
My 1991 Mustang caught on fire in the driveway one night. The car was parked and the ignition caught on fire and burned the wires under the dash. How could a parked car catch on fire? We called Ford and they said they had never heard of anybody having that problem. They didn’t want to see the car and would not warranty the repairs because it was out of warranty. Years later Ford admitted to covering up the problem and offered to reimburse us if we still owned the car.

My experience is different:
Though I was on the phone with a Tech for 2 1/2 hours, he did manage to tweak my settings so that most of the hiss and echoing have gone away.
Other issues truly are not vonage's fault, such as heavy internet traffic, which may cause problems with call quality.
Can you be more specific on what your problems are?

What does a Ford Pinto have to with
Voip
?
Talk to Ralph Nader then.
You say bandwidth is not a problem but I think not - of course your actual download and more importantly - upload speed would help.
Perhaps some technical info. Tell us about your network, your likes dislikes (ok just the network)
You gotta give the tech wanna bees something to work with.
