Tuesday, 12/20 in the morning and I can't use Click-2-Call. I just installed it for the first time and when I try to login I get a "sending authentication information to Vonage server" then it times out and says "vonage server unavailable".

I tried directly accessing https://secure.click2callu.com/ but that times out as well. Is anyone else having trouble with this?

It's not working for me, either...it's not your installation's fault.

I was in a hurry when I replied earlier this morning, and should have added some details: Click2Call isn't working at the moment, but I have been using it daily for a year now, and overall, it has been very reliable with few outages. I see that Vonage is now having other problems, with inbound calls to certain area codes, and the secure website login is very slow, so this must just be the day for outages.

They are actually physically moving the click 2 call servers to the new building in Holmdel - this should be back up very soon
