I just called the house and got a "all circuits are busy" message.

Vonage took down the announcement from their status page but the problem is not fixed!

Getting fast busy calling home. Same thing yesterday evening, too... along with "all circuits are busy". I'm in the 410 area code (baltimore metro area). Definitely not fixed for everyone! Evil or Very Mad

It seems the service announcement message is back up, and with some new area codes to boot. I don't recognize them all, but I know 215 is Philadelphia, and I think 609 may be NJ (in the Philly area, though).

Yeah...I used to live in South Jersey, near Philly, and had a 609 area code. I still have some family in the area.

Well if I didn't have a few people complain about not being able to reach me I wouldn't have known, but Vonage has been having some serious issues with incomming calls for at least the last 24 hours. Incoming callers find the following:
1.) Continuous ringing with nothing on my phone
2.) Fast busy signal - We used to call this reorder but not sure what its called these days.
3.) Vonage to Vonage use seems to work occassionally

This doesn't look good. What started in the VA (703) are looks like it's cascading up well into NY at the moment.

Anybody heard any more details.. Frankly I am surprised it's not hitting the news by now.

The most upsetting part is that calls are not being re-routed to the Network Availability Number, which tells me that they are never even hitting the Vonage network and are instead getting stuck at XO or whomever.

I suggested that to the rep last night but he said, no, your box generates that "all circuits are busy" message.

Whatever.

Well, the service announcement is gone and my very unscientific spot-checking seems to indicate calls are getting through, at least right now.

Anyone else? Problem resolved? Still having problems?

I'm getting through now too, so let's all keep our fingers crossed.
