Hello all,
I just checked my account to ensure that there was not a service announcement currently, and there is not.
When I woke this morning, my e-mail stated I had a message, contrary to my phones VMWI. I picked up the phone and dialed *123 and was immediatly connected to the voicemail system, which promptly asked me to enter my number, which was new. Upon entering my number, the system told me it was wrong and to enter again. So I did. After 5 tries still no luck.
Checked the dashboard next, shows the call that the VM was from, and when I tried to access the VM tab, it gave me an error.
So I attemt to call customer care... After making the call I get dead air and then a 'off hook' tone!
I test called a land line, and it works fine!
Any help provided is greatly appreciated! |
