[font=Arial:283cdce247] I've dealt with customer service for months - pretty much since I signed up for the service – sometime back in March. When I started screaming and sent an email off to Jeff – the owner – nearly 2 or 3 months later, I was contacted by someone in Tier 3. After nearly a month and a half, they couldn't figure out the problem and so, this past Friday, I was escalated to one of the top guns in the company.

The person that is assisting me is fantastic, and most helpful BUT, is stumped by whats happening.

Last night we spent nearly 3 hours trying to resolve this. He explained that the call comes into my device then my device sends a busy message back to this caller and he gets booted to voice. He even showed the records to 3 other colleagues this morning, and just as he predicted, each one that looked at it said…it shows my phone as being off the hook.

He has my line monitored 24/7, and knows that the phone wasn’t being used when the call came through, because he could trace the log.

If the device see’s me as being on the phone, my phone shouldn’t ring…and yet it does.

The other thing that is so puzzling is; it doesn’t matter whether this “one person” calls me from his cell phone, his home OR his office, which is several miles away from his home...he ALWAYS gets bumped to voice mail. Yet everyone else living in the same area can get through. He can only reach me only if a call is placed through the switchboard at his office or perhaps from a pay phone....of which we've not tried.

If what I've explained has sparked an idea, please share. I'm open to ANY AND ALL as one may lead to a resolve of some sort.
