I finally made a call to Vonage and, even though my account settings showed the correct time zone of CDT, Vonage had it set to AKDT or Alaska Daylight Time.
All is well after John, aka Sanjay, adjusted my time zone. Thanks Vonage Help in India.

Check your Vonage account profile or call customer service. I think they have you in the wrong timezone.

It's 5 hours ahead of CDT.
Luckily I can set the time and date on my phones or they'd be five hours ahead too which would screw up a few services they have.

It is supposed to get the date and time from an NTP server somewhere in the cloud. It normally does this when it downloads your subscriber configuration data. What date/time is it displaying?

Vonage customer since 2006 and I just received my new VDV21-VD router to replace the ailing Linksys.
I have the router installed after my WRT54G.
Has anyone found a way to adjust the time on the VDV21-VD?

I looked in the router settings but didn't find anything.

It doesn't matter what speed test you use. Vonage's is borrowed from another site. Their license expired and haven't renewed. It has been expire for months. Use any VOIP speed test. They will all give similar results.

Hello all, I have been trying to use the voip speed test to compare today's results to earlier test i took and am having trouble running the test on this site. (http://www.vonage-forum.com/voip-speed-test.html)

When I load it, the Java logo appears and after loading a text box appears where the test screen normally is that says &quot;License Expired&quot;.

I have tried this on 2 different computers each on a different ISP and OS (XP and Vista), and with multiple browsers on one computer (IE, FF, and Safari). It appears to be a problem with the site, but i could be wrong.

thanks for the help. I found http://www.voipreview.org/voipspeedtester.aspx in another forum on this site and it seems to work well for the interim time period but for comparison purposes I would like to see the test on this site back up.

Thanks for any help you all can lend. Also post if you have similar problem or if the test is working for you...

<title>Auto Login - remember me</title>

<blockquote>There used to be a remember me when you logged on so you don't have to log on every time you visit this website. It is no longer there and my auto logon was lost.
Is there a way to restore the &quot;remember me&quot; or auto logon somewhere in &quot; My Account&quot; so I don't have to log on every time I visit the website?

Thanks</blockquote>removing that was part of the overall spam issue fix.
