| My RTP300 is directly plugged into the Modem. At first I thought the RTP300 was blocking some UDP ports which still could be the case. Same symptoms though. I make a call, don't hear the phone ring ... |

Just set up new router (rtp300), had to replace the 1st one they sent me (rt31p2) that kept droping the phone connection.
I got the rtp300 router going and followed the install step.
