Uk numbers starting with 1 and 2 are landlines (after the 44) (ie 44 1883...... is a landline number)
Anything starting with a 7 is probably mobile or premium rate
800 is tollfree

Yes 18185 also have a 0207 number that can be dialled from vonage. It is just a bit long winded and slightly more expensive than the normal 18185 calls. Thanks for the suggestion.
