Just in case anyone is interested, my problem is resolved. The issue was my cable modem. I had an older modem which had a docsys of 1.0 which I upgraded to a modem w/2.0 docsys.
Thanks for your reply but your suggestions of running a speed test and ping plotter are not going to resolve or get to the heart of my problem. I can still access the internet without issue. People ...
Mine took about 2 months. I helped it along though with numerous complaint calls to vonage mgmt. If I hadn't, I don't think it would have gotten done that fast.
