I recommend that people forward their calls to their cell phone while the outage is ongoing. That is what I am doing. In the long run I will be looking at other providers.
My Vonage service is out today - I'm on the west coast. Last week it was out for 6 hours on Friday nite. What is happening to the service going down so often now.
