Never had this problem at this point for the las 12 months.
Nobody give me a fair solution so far!

| The problem is intermitent, it happens mostly between 8 and 10 PM. Worst outbound calls are from Montreal Quebec to Edmonton Alberta. I know this is the rush time but we never had this problem before ... |
