i use a cisco, im an old customer, since july my ren of 0.4 rings, my ren of 0.7 and 1.0 wont i also have a phne made in 1996 ren e and it wont ring seems maybe cisco only rings at 0.4

ive tried 4 different phones and all worked using pots but only one rings with vonage. has anyone had a similar problem and did it get fixed? tech support wasnt any help
