Caller ID is not supported on Vonage's inbound toll-free numbers -- this is Vonage's official statement. Mine does work about 25% of the time. See other posts here on the forum about caller-ID.
I'm at a standstill with the caller ID. It still only works on my cellphone but not on my wired phone. Well, once in maybe 100 tries, the caller ID will show.
