I heard that the modem I have was maybe the cause of my woes, as it is a DOCSYS 1.1, but once I got my ISP to fix a problem with their lines, the phone now works very well.

I heard that the modem I have was maybe the cause of my woes, as it is a DOCSYS 1.1, but once I got my ISP to fix a problem with their lines, the phone now works very well.
