We've tried doing dummy calls just so we'd have something to delete. That has worked before - but not this time.

We have a LinkSys Router that Vonage sent us.

The international access code from the US is 011, not 01. Additionally, you need to omit the leading zero from the area code. Therefore, you should be dialing:
011 44 1457 ...
