Well the hum is on all my phones in the house (Panasonic 2-line, AT&T 2-line, Uniden wireless). Any phone plugged into the wall using the Verizon line.
Not sure a DSL filter will help (running off a cable modem) but I'll give the Vonage folks a call. I'll also look at the network interface box outside. Thanks.
