Vonage has been a pretty good service. But after beta testing AT&Ts new VOIP offering, it looks like Vonage may have some stiff competition from one of the big carriers.
My experience in number transfer on standard landline and cell phones has been that it happens in a couple of hours. But that is between 2 carriers. I don't believe that Vonage is a regulated carrie ...
