anybody knows if Telefonica (ISP in Brazil) blocks Voip ?
i am having same problem, can place calls, other side can hear me, but i do not hear them.

no audio yet.
only other side hears me, I cannot hear them.

i called my office, the receptionist heard me but i didnt hear her.

I installed softphone, and can get dial tone and dial.
