I have read up on changing the Tivo. At the moment my Tivo has not been able to make the calls. I will be upgrading it with a larger hard drive and such later this summer.
The Vonage supervisor told me it was all the phones sent to Best Buy. I'm not sure if it was all Best Buys or the BB in the Madison, WI or the midwest. He also said the problem was fixed. Of course m ...
Good luck on getting an help. It took them a week to fix my problem. 5 E-mails and I don't know how many phone calls. The only e-mail address I got was customercare@vonage.com.
The current stock of Vonage phones at Best Buy are not in the Vonage inventory. When you try to register your phone with the MAC number you will get the message
