I had this problem about a month ago. Called Vonage Support and opened a ticket. After three calls back, it was finally resolved. I'm assuming the tech reflashed the box, as he had me cold boot it ...
Is anybody else having this trouble -- since June 27th all of my inbound calls indicate 'Out of Area' instead of the calling party's name. The numbers still show up, just no name.
