i would suggest you to call them as soon as possible to check the status of that ticket and also if the issue is with something else... and also they are open 24 hours...

yap even i was facing this issue for some calls but also i was unable to recieve calls intermittently

try changing the net/setp as cable>>vt2442>>linksys>>pc so that we can isolate all firmware issues....

the best option is
1. assign a static ip on ur ps as..... ip=192.168.15.x, def=192.168.15.1, sub mas=255.255.255.0,
2. open up the 192.168.15.1 page with an explorer, username=admin. password=admin ...

i beleave going as sb5101->wireless router->rtp300 would be the best way as it wont cause any internet issues by the vonage and also u can escape all the DNS issues with vonage.......

in case they allow you to do that online you always have to pay.........
