| What country are you in? North America outlets are not 220. I have a converter that I take with me to Europe that has the correct plug to attach to the device I want to use and then converts it to 2 ... |

How did you plug it into a 220 outlet, those plugs are different unless you used an adapter and it didn't have a converter on it.
I guess you can wait until you get back to North America and try it ... |
