I know I am a dinosaur!!! but how do you get thru to the help desk.

I have had problems with them before and never seem to get the right guy..

Probably failing to update to new firmware. The firmware on those are 1.00.43

Anything that I can do that will enable it to upgrade

Yes firmware upgrades- I seem to be reading a lot about them and most seem to be automatic to the router.
