Upload: 1.63mbs
Quality of Service: 28%
I ran the test few times and Quality of service still stays 25%-35%

| I guess Verizon wasn't reluctant to letting you go. True colors come out once you decide to leave them. You'll notice a big difference when trying to download something when going from 3Mbps to 16. |
