we usually only use about 300 mins of outgoing a month, we have a London number (Main Line) and a Columbia SC number for my wifes family to call us locally on..

I would consider my wife and I average users, we have been with Vonage since Feb 05 and overall have been very happy with the service.
Our lightest month was 522 minutes.

Vonage is free incoming. Also free are calls to toll-free numbers, voice mail, and other Vonage customers. Outgoing minutes count to your 500 minutes.
